Have your say

Are you a weird and wonderful fundraiser full of good ideas on how to collect cash?

Are you prepared to sit in a bath of beans, take on a sponsored walk or throw yourself out of a plane all in the name of a good cause?

If so, we want to hear from you - because we’re looking for fabulous fundraisers for our Miles Better Million campaign.

The Free Press, in its 90th anniversary year, has teamed up once again with Doncaster Cancer Detection Trust and Doncaster and Bassetlaw Hospitals to raise £1 MILLION to pay for a new cancer scanning facility at Doncaster Royal Infirmary.

The appeal will bring essential radiotherapy services to Doncaster for the first time ever - saving hundreds of cancer patients gruelling trips over to Sheffield for treatment.

You’ve dug deep many times before to help us with our efforts in conjunction with the DCDT and we’re confident you can do it again by throwing yourselves into fundraising campaigns and backing our Miles Better Million drive with all manner of magnificent moneyspinning ideas and events.

And you can start supporting our Miles Better Million campaign today!

It’s easy to get involved and donate money. You can pledge using the JustGiving website at www.justgiving.com/doncastercancer/, direct via the DCDT’s bank: Doncaster Co-operative Bank, St. Sepulchre Gate, Doncaster. Account number 50326679. Sort code 089082 or in person at 18A Priory Place, Doncaster.
