What about the council?
I have read your article on litter around Sheffield. Where I live we go round picking litter up.
We live near takeaways. Every day I fill a carrier with rubbish and bin it.
But what about the council who cut grass verges and leave grass on the pavement like a green carpet? It looks a mess. The council says they are doing something about the problem. We will wait until the grass verges are cut and see. Hope all these problems are solved and the clean-up works.
