It’s celebration time and many congratulations for the Christmas Musical Cavalcade: 25 years of the best music any music lover could ever wish to hear.
To raise £100,000 for charities is an amazing amount to target, but Sheffield-born Keith Roe and his mother Margaret were determined to reach this incredible amount after his father of only 52 years of age died from a heart attack.
Keith then began to apply his family musical upbringing and skills to raise money for the Heart Foundation charities and then expanded to help many other charities.
A concert to remember with the very best of solo artists, a 60-strong choir and 60-piece orchestra will perform on Sunday, December 11 at the Sheffield City Hall.
Congratulations to Keith and Margaret Roe.
Some of the concert production team have been with Keith from the very beginning of his journey.
I know that Keith would like to give a special thank you to all the audience and all who have spent hours of their time to make the concerts such a huge success over the years.
They have helped him to achieve his aim of raising an amazing £100,000 for charity.
What will Keith’s next target be?
