I have said it before that Sheffield is without doubt the go-ahead city in the north.

Leeds or even Manchester don’t even compare, especially with the new building taking place, and the Chinese investments which will create jobs.

And the Yorkshire saying “Welcome me old China”, couldn’t be more appropriate.
