Snow has started to fall in Sheffield following a Met Office weather warning for snow and ice in the area.

This video, taken by Wendy Scott, shows snowfall in the Sandygate area of Sheffield this afternoon (February 10).
Other areas of Sheffield, including Stannington, have been forecast heavy snow at 7pm with light snow predicted throughout the evening and overnight.
Temperatures are expected to fall throughout the afternoon, with lows of 2C that feel like -4C according to weather forecasters.
