Posting the video, Simon Walkden said: “The first signs of real winter, just past Owler Bar, on the drive between Sheffield and Baslow.”
It comes as the first blanketing of snow this year has brought disruption on the roads in many parts of South Yorkshire and the Peak District.
Conditions are improving, police have said, however drivers are still warned to be careful on the roads.
