Hour-by-hour weather forecast: This is when Sheffield will be hit by thunderstorms

The Met Office has forecast thunder to hit between 4 to 6pm on June 16.

Between 11 to 2pm there will be sunny spells as well as cloudy skies and temperatures of 20 degrees.

Rain may make an appearance at around 3pm which will lead into thunder at 4pm.

Temperatures are forecast at 21 degrees so it will not be a cold storm.

After this, the Met Office predicts that we will see a few more hours of light rain and clouds until 11pm when rain may become heavier.

On June 17 thundery showers are once again predicted between 3-4pm with temperatures averaging at 20 degrees.
