WEATHER: Wintry showers possible in Sheffield
Wintry showers are possible in Sheffield today, the Met Office has warned.
It is expected to be a cold, wet and windy day with some scattered wintry showers possible on higher ground.
Scattered wintry showers are also possible until around midnight then some long, clear spells will develop, allowing a widespread frost to form as temperatures drop to -2C.
Tomorrow will be cold and frosty first thing and there should be some good spells of sunshine but cloud will develop in the afternoon.
