WEATHER WARNING: VIDEO - Heavy rain alert for Sheffield for next 48 hours
The Met Office has issued Yellow Warnings for rain for today and tomorrow.
As the day goes on today showers will become more heavy, frequent and thundery.
Flash flooding is possible in the worst hit places and lightning could be an additional hazard.
The wet weather will continue tomorrow with slow-moving heavy showers bringing up to an inch of rain in some places.
