WEATHER: Heavy rain expected in Sheffield

This afternoon it will remain dry with some sunny intervals.

According to the Met office, there could be some snow on high ground.

Temperatures are expected to reach a high of 4C but it could feel as low as -2C at times because of the wind chill factor.

Tomorrow, after a cold start, southerly winds will turn very strong for a time as rain arrives from the west, perhaps initially falling as snow.
