League Two leaders Rovers take a ten-game unbeaten sequence to third-placed Carlisle United tonight.

“The key to that run is we’re a good side,” said Blair.

“We’ve added that consistency now and we’re really kicking on and feel we can go and beat anybody in this league.

“We don’t fear anyone.

“There’s a few times we’ve gone behind in games but when I look at the boys there isn’t ever that element of defeat.

“We’re never down and out.

“If we go behind we rally ourselves together and we go again and always seem to get back into the game.

“That shows good character and good belief within ourselves as well.”

He added: “Winning breeds winning and confidence breeds confidence. I think we’re at a stage now where it almost feels a bit strange when we’ve not won a game.

“You just want that winning feeling every match.”

Rovers are 14 points clear of fourth-placed Luton Town, who visit the Keepmoat on Saturday, but Blair is not concerned with league tables.

He said: “I don’t look at it. I’m looking only at Carlisle. The bigger picture will take of itself, it’s the little things that define the bigger picture.

“Carlisle’s a very big game for us and one we’re going into full of confidence.”
