The Sheffield Wednesday midfielder's incredible effort after just 18 seconds which set the Owls in their way to victory at Villa Park is among 10 in the running.

Reach goes up against Plymouth's Graham Carey, Morecambe pair Kevin Ellison and Paul Mullin, Luton's Olly Lee, Marcus Maddison of Peterborough, Scunthorpe's Josh Morris, Aiden O'Brien of Millwall, Walsall's Erhun Oztumer and Barnsley's Joe Williams.

Reach's team mate Atdhe Nuhiu can count himself unfortunate with his timing. The Owls frontman struck an incredible goal on Friday against Preston at Hillsborough which could well have made the shortlist, but it seemingly came just a little too late.
