The Wednesday players held a guard of honour for Nuno Espirito Santos' side as they walked out to a deafening din from flag-waving home fans.
Owls supporters had once again come out in their numbers to watch their team turn in another impressive performance - Wednesday's hard work earning a 0-0 draw and taking a little bit of the shine off the celebrations.
Had Wolves won, they would have broken the 100 point barrier but now they will have to wait until next week, when they face relegated Sunderland at the Stadium of Light.
