"But as Chris Wilder said afterwards, taking conditions into account, I think it's one gained.
"As Geoffrey Boycott would say at the cricket, it was a very sticky wicket and not at all conducive to playing good football.
"It was another game where United showcased the other side to their game. They have played scintilating football at times this season but here, they had to roll up their sleeves and fight."
