Wanted man arrested after running from police in Sheffield city centre

PCSO's spotted a wanted man near to the Moorfoot building in the city centre yesterday, who upon seeing officers made off on foot.

Officers gave chase and after a brief pursuit on foot, the male disappeared behind a building.

More officers arrived, and the male was found after he attempted to crawl into a flower bed, but left his feet hanging out.

The man was arrested and sent to court for failing to appear, breaching a court order and failing to attend a drugs appointment.
