VIDEO: Thorne Road closed after vehicle collides with tree
Thorne Road, Doncaster, is tonight closed after a horrific car crash which has seen a vehicle collide with a tree.
Police, firefighters and paramedics are on the scene, and the road has been closed from Sandall Park roundabout to the Wheatley Hotel.
Police were this evening putting barriers up around the incident.
One man who saw the scene was horrified by what he saw.
Danny Abbott said: “I’ve never seen anything like it - it is really scary and the worst I have ever seen.”
No comment was available from the police or fire service.
