The result left United bottom of League One and still searching for their first win of the campaign, although only five games have been played in all competitions, and Wilder said: "Obviously I'm not happy with the results but there were elements of the performance I was pleased with.

"We've come here and dominated a side who were Play-Off finalists last season, went behind but showed the spirit to come back. We were the better side in the first half, and they were in the second.

"When you go away from home, you want to get the win of course and if not, you want to at least take something from the game. We were two minutes away from doing that. It was a real game of two halves but there's no hiding from the fact that one point from four games isn't a great start."
