Oli Sykes leapt onto the table while his band were performing at the NME Awards at London's Brixton Academy.

Coldplay lead singer Chris Martin and his bandmates - who were there to pick up the Godlike Genius Award - looked on in shock as Sykes wreaked havoc in front of them.

The multi-platinum selling band took it in good humour, though, with Martin describing the incident as being 'Great! Very rock n' roll.'

Bring Me The Horizon were formed in Sheffield in 2003 and have gone on to achieve some notable success in America.

Last night they picked up the NME Innovation Award.
