Video Ratings: How Sheffield Wednesday's starting XI fared at Wembley
Here's how we thought Sheffield Wednesday's starting XI rated in the Play-Off Final defeat to Hull City.
Keiren Westwood - 8
Wednesday's man of the match by a stretch. Kept the Owls in the game with a series of superb blocks but could do nothing to prevent Mo Diame's stunning winner
Jack Hunt - 6
Defensively sound for the most part but didn't attack enough until later in the game
Tom Lees - 6
Nowhere near his brilliant best, Lees looked a little shaky at times and it was his poor clearance that led to the goal
Glenn Loovens - 7
A bit more solid than Lees, Loovens mopped up well, particularly in the first half as Hull began to grow in confidence
Daniel Pudil - 7
Arguably the best of Wednesday's back four, Pudil kept a lid on Hull's attack on the right flank
Ross Wallace - 5
A poor day for the winger. Didn't get on the ball often enough and when he did, his distribution was poor
Sam Hutchinson - 7
Didn't impose himself on the middle of the park just as much as he normally does, but to his credit, he was often doing the work of two or three players as those around him went missing for long periods.
Kieran Lee - 6
Disappointing given the season he's had as the midfielder struggled to make any impact on the game
Barry Bannan - 6
One of the players Wednesday fans were hoping would rise to the occasion showed that in little bursts but nowhere near often enough. As the midfield struggled, the Scot ended up playing too deep
Fernando Forestieri - 6
Hard-working and busy as usual but not up to the high standard he set himself. Took an early heavy tackle from Michael Dawson and that looked to have made the forward a little more subdued than normal
Gary Hooper - 5
Can barely remember the striker touching the ball. With the midfield being outmuscled, Hooper needed to work harder to get hold of the ball. He didn't.
