The incident took place on the number 43 bus last night as it was stopped outside the Sainsbury's Local on Arundel Gate.

The person who sent in the above footage - who did to want to be named - said the 'crazy girl' refused to get off the bus despite not paying her fare.

After the driver turned the bus' engine off, the woman began attacking passengers, grabbing one lady by the hair.

A group of passengers tried to get her to let go of the victim's hair, before attempting a citizens' arrest.

The person who shot the video said police arrived shortly afterwards.

South Yorkshire Police have yet to comment on the incident.
