This gorgeous little Shar Pei deserves an amazing home to help him put a rubbish start in life well and truly behind him.

Meet Marley!

Four-year-old Marley arrived at RSPCA Sheffield in May 2015. He had been treated cruelly and was extremely emaciated.

Adam Spencer at RSPCA Sheffield said: “Marley is such a fantastic boy, but when he came to us he was in appalling condition and he had no trust - this poor lad expected every interaction he had with people to be uncomfortable of painful.

“His time with us has not been plain sailing. He had to have surgery to correct an eye problem and his difficult past has given him lifelong issues with this tummy, but today we’re thankful to reveal that he is a very different dog. He is now a great weight and looks like a doggy super model!

“Marley has not had the opportunity to learn about the world the way a dog should and so he tends to be a little worried about new things. He is a pleasure to be around though and, with training, he has become much more confident. He enjoys spending time with his carers and always keep his focus on them as he knows they carry the good stuff - he is awesome!”

Marley is looking for a home with adults only and no other pets so that he can completely relax and focus on enjoying his new life.
