The Professor of Political Science at Pusan National University was busy discussing the impeachment of South Korean President Park Geun-hye when he received his first unexpected visitor.

A young girl dramatically bursts through the door and makes her way to her father, performing a comical dance as she does.

Professor Kelly awkwardly tries to usher his daughter away from the camera before the second, even younger, special guest enters the room.

A baby rolls into shot in a stroller as the professor apologizes for the disruption.

To compound his misery, a woman then farcically leaps into the room in a desperate bid to remove the children from their father's important interview.

She grabs the two children and comically attempts to force them out of the room but, to her dismay, finds that the baby's stroller won't quite fit.

Eventually, she manages to prize both children out of the room before returning, on her hands, to close the door - bringing the absurdity to a close.

“Robert, many thanks,” said the BBC News reader James Menendez. “There’s a first time for everything. I think you have some children who need you,” he laughed.
