Since the pensioner's concessions for TV licences, bus passes and the pension linkage to the triple lock, are all still within the present governments jurisdiction, then the threat recently made by the Remain campaign that these benefits could all cease on a detrimental effect to finances of a vote for Brexit, suggests that the government would be quite prepared to execute the threat, otherwise why make it? Note; does not have a similar effect on MPs' salaries and perks.
