Veteran hopes to keep his regiment's story alive
A city veteran is hoping to reunite squadron members by relaunching the Sheffield branch of his regiment.
The Prince of Wales’s Own Regiment has disappeared into the history books, but Sheffield veteran Peter O’Brien is looking to try to keep their story alive. He said: “The Sheffield branch folded some years ago and was transferred to Barnsley. I want to bring the standard home.”
