Vacancy on parish council

A resignation from Misterton Parish Council means a statutory 14-day notice about the vacancy has been posted on the authority’s noticeboards.

If a by-election is not requested, residents will be able to offer themselves up to be co-opted onto the council.

Anyone interested in joining the authority can e-mail [email protected] or send a letter to the council at The Misterton Centre, High Street, stating what they believe they can offer the parish council and the village.
