UPDATE: Motorway lane re-opens after removal of broken down lorry

Traffic is easing again on the M1 in South Yorkshire after a lane re-opened following an earlier closure.

.A lane of the northbound M1 exit slip road at junction 35, for the A629 for Rotherham and Chapeltown, was closed earlier this morning after a HGV broke down.

It caused delays for motorists in the area.
