A South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue spokesman said the blaze broke out at a building currently being renovated, which is believed to have been caused by 'cleared rubble'.

Holly Street was blocked off until just before midnight, and a police cordon was put into place. Pinfold Street and Trippet Lane were also closed as a precaution.
