All weekend, South Yorkshire Police officers were posing for selfies and getting involved in the action, including at Mr Motivator's Sunday workout.

These two police officers were filmed taking part in the action-packed workout and were clearly enjoying their afternoon.

South Yorkshire Police said: "We often get asked about the fitness tests for our officers... maybe we should get Mr Motivator involved more often?!

"Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful photos & videos from #TramlinesTEN Hope this makes your Mondays brighter! #MondayMotivation"

They weren't the only police officers who were spotted enjoying themselves over the weekend.

A South Yorkshire Police community support officer became an internet sensation after being caught on camera sitting on a fan's shoulders whilst watching Noel Gallagher.

The PCSO was captured on film on the shoulders of a reveller dancing to Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds at the festival.

The clip has been shared on social media and has already been viewed more than 5,800 times.
