Have your say

Little Lucy is sniffing out a permanent home in which to spend her more mature years.

At the age of 13, the white and tan Jack Russell has a calm attitude and good manners, while still having a zest for life.

RSPCA Sheffield branch animal care manager Tony Benham said: “This beautiful dog would be the perfect pooch for the right person or family.

“Lucy still loves her walks - but her absolute favourite thing is food!”

Lucy has been diagnosed with Cushings disease and is on medication which will be a lifelong requirement.

The centre will offer financial support to assist any potential adopters with the cost of her tablets.

Cute canine Flynn is larger than life in size and personality.

After spending more than two years at the Thornberry Animal Sanctuary in North Anston, he is eager to find a permanent loving home.

A beautiful tiger-brindle lurcher-cross, nine-year-old Flynn has previously been a working dog so can’t be homed with any small animals.

But he adores people, and has lots of love to give.
