Rotherham Show will take place on September 7 and 8 in Clifton Park, with organisers promising two days of fun, music, excitement and entertainment at the town centre green space.

The show, organised by Rotherham Council, will include perennial favourites such as the Vintage Vehicle Rally, Horticultural Show, the Main Arena and the Rotherham Diversity Festival Stage.

The Main Arena will host a variety of acts including the Jez Avery Stunt Show and the Company of Horsemen.

Hundreds of stalls will offer fun, games and information, including Dearne Valley College and Rotherham College of Arts and Technology, who will be helping students towards the next step of their education.

Saturday’s Folk Festival will bring together some of the finest talent on the international, national and local music scene, headlined by Full House.

Sunday will be a day of jazz, headlined by The Zoltans.

And there will also be a vintage rally including more than 100 cars and motorcycles.

For brass band lovers, Rotherham Town, Maltby Miners’ Welfare, Thurcroft Welfare and Dinnington Colliery will be performing at the bandstand.
