Outraged viewers swamped the TV watchdog with complaints - and the body is now considering whether to launch an investigation.

A spokesman told the newspaper: “We will assess these complaints before deciding whether to investigate or not."

It comes after scenes were aired showing Sheffield-based Laura, 30 and Marco Pierre, 21, getting intimate for a steamy romp between the sheets.

Fans compared the antics to a porn film and blasted the show for airing the explicit scenes.

Laura, who lives in Sheffield and has reportedly enjoyed liaisons with singers Craig David, Justin Bieber and model Calum Best, announced before entering the reality TV series that she could get any man she wanted and was prepared to have sex on screen.

The West Yorkshire-born beauty has appeared in BBC hospital drama Casualty and ITV farming soap Emmerdale as well as reality TV series Young, Free and Single and has also appeared in The Royal Today, award-winning Channel 4 drama Red Riding and BBC drama The Syndicate.
