Vernon regularly DJ’s around the world and continues to play for his American Football team ‘The London Warriors’. DJ’ing and American Football are his two passions.

He said: “I DJ’d at Doncaster Racecourse in 2015 and had such a great time. The course is brilliant and the crowd were so up for it! I never realised a day at the races could be so much fun. I am so looking forward to playing at the racecourse in the summer of 2016. Perhaps in 2017 I will take it one step further and be the tallest jockey in history!”

Kieran Gallagher, executive director at Doncaster Racecourse, said: “We’re really looking forward to welcoming Vernon Kay back to our second DJ Live event as he’s such a popular personality from the world of music and TV. We’re really proud to have developed a reputation for bringing top-class music bands to South Yorkshire, as well as a wide range of racing entertainment.

“The DJ Live event is set to offer something completely different to entertain crowds on a summer’s evening long after racing has finished.”

Tickets are now on sale and range from £21-£41 per person (£21 for the Grandstand, £31 County Enclosure and £41 Premier Enclosure).
