Tributes paid to young Sheffield man killed in crash


Reece Parkin, aged 21, from Bradfield, died in a collision on the A616 bypass between Wortley and Tankersley last Friday morning.

Hide AdHis blue Vauxhall Astra was involved in a smash with a white Mercedes van and Reece died at the scene.
The 42-year-old driver of the van escaped without serious injuries.
An investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash is underway.

Hide AdPosting on Facebook, Jennifer Louise Nowill said she loved Reece 'like a son', referring to him living with her family for two years when he was younger.
She said: "R.I.P Reece. Loved you like a son.
"Reece lived with us for about two years. He was like a son. He was 15 when we took him in."
Gillian Rowe said: " So sad. Taken far too soon."
Colin Jones said he remembered Reece liking to help him work o cars when he was younger.
Jayne Brearley described him as a 'lovely young man' and Jaime David described him as 'a good lad'.
