NOW that is a Sheffield spring hat-trick!

Three sets of twin lambs have been born at Heeley City Farm in Sheffield in just three days.

Farm staff are celebrating after White Nose gave birth to a ewe and a ram then Angie and Bobbi had two rams and a ram and a ewe.

Katie Davis, the farm’s co-youth education and training manager, said: “They are all beautiful. All six are healthy and their proud mums are doing a brilliant job of looking after them.”

She said young people visiting the farm have been excited by the births – and more sheep and goats are due to give birth soon.

Katie said: “It’s a fantastic time of year to be on the farm and visitors will be able to see the lambs bouncing around the fields.”
