The grand old house is ram-packed full of charm and character and is like something out of an Agatha Christie novel.
Bodysgallen’s ground floor has big comfy sofas and chairs and ornate fireplaces, a cosy bar area and a triple AA Rosette restaurant.
Meanwhile, the bedrooms and suites offer glorious views over Snowdonia and Conwy.

Hide AdOur particular suite was very spacious and had everything we needed and the views of Conwy Castle in the distance.
The hotel itself sits in more than 200 acres of wooded parkland which also feature some immaculately kept gardens.
On the first night of our stay we dined at the hotel’s restaurant and this was a genuine fine dining experience.
Our three course meal was first class - we dined on scallops, duck, Welsh lamb, as well a generous selection of local cheeses.

One of the things that had attracted us to Bodysgallen Hall was the fact it had a spa and we spent a wonderfully relaxing couple of hours there during out stay.
The spa is equipped with a pool, sauna, hot tub, steam room, gym and six treatment rooms.
The fully range of spa treatments are on offer and my wife enjoyed a luxurious hour-long facial pamper.

Hide AdRefreshed from the spa we took a trip into nearby Conwy for an afternoon walking the town’s walls and browsing the shops.
The town is well worth a visit with plenty to see and a fine selection of independent shops.
Our short stay in North Wales was a perfect little break and Bodysgallen Hall offered us everything we needed and more.
