Trams diverted after bus breaks down on tracks in Sheffield city centre
A bus has broken down on the tramlines on West Street in Sheffield city centre, causing trams to be diverted.
The incident, which took place shortly after 12.30pm today (June 25) is ongoing and trams are unable to pass through that part of the city centre.
A statement from Stagecoach Supertram said: “Trams towards Meadowhall and Gleadless turning at Cathedral. Trams towards Malin Bridge and Middlewood turning at Shalesmoor.”
Tram tickets accepted on First buses between the city centre and Hillsborough.
