Roadworks causing major delays on key Sheffield rush-hour route this morning

Road repairs on Norton Avenue are causing delays for drivers heading into Sheffield.

The works are taking place near Valley Park Primary School with road repairers using stop/go boards to control the traffic.

Motorists are being warned of delays building up in and around the area and to make extra time for their journey into the city centre this morning.

The problem is expected to clear after morning rush hour.
