Police issue crash picture this morning as warning put out over icy roads

This was the scene near Castleton as emergency services warned of icy roads today.

Officers from Derbyshire’s High Peak response team issued the pictures after a car ended up on its roof on a rural road near the village. An ambulance attended

Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service warned of icy patches on untreated roads, pavements and cycle paths this morning adding: “Please be careful if walking, cycling and driving.”
