NATIONAL NEWS: Dramatic footage of father and daughter saved at sea in Whitby
Dramatic footage has emerged of a father and daughter being saved by lifeboats from the RNLI in Whitby.
Ben Biltcliffe, 45, and his 11-year-old daughter Grace were swept out to sea by a riptide which left them struggling to survive for a terrifying 45 minutes.
They were unable to get back to the shore for almost an hour and feared for their lives as they waited to be rescued by lifeboats.
