Highways bosses are warning of delays on the M1 near Sheffield tonight, after a spillage on the carriageway.
The incident has closed a lane of the south bound carriageway on the motorway between junctions 32 and 31. Officials from National Highways say they expect disruption and delays on the road as a result until around 10pm tonight.
They described the incident as a ‘load spillage’ and added: “The event is expected to clear between 22:15 and 22:30 on 15 March 2023.”
