M1 junction 29 Tibshelf: Crash causing traffic jams on M1 near Sheffield

The M1 southbound carriageway has had a lane closed between J29a and J29 (Tibshelf) after a crash was reported during rush hour this morning. It is a junction which is often used by motorrists heading south from Sheffield, cutting through Chesterfield to join the motorway at that point.

National Highways said this morning there were delays against expected traffic as a result of the collision which happened earlier today.
