Busy Sheffield road to close for three weeks
A major Sheffield road will be partly closed for three weeks from next week because of roadworks.

Streets Ahead, Sheffield Council’s highway maintenance team, tweeted that roadworks are due to begin on Manchester Road in Stocksbridge on the evening of Wednesday, July 8.
A spokesperson said the the work will be carried out under a road closure and will last about three weeks. The working hours are from 8pm until 5am and motorists are asked to look out for work signs advertising the closure.
