Police have confirmed that an incident has taken place on Retford Road

South Yorkshire Police have confirmed reports that there has been an incident on Retford Road.

The B6200 runs through the S13 area of Sheffield, between Woodhouse and Handsworth.

Reports from witnesses say the road is partially closed, but this remains unconfirmed by police.

South Yorkshire Police state that there is no further information available at this time, but any confirmation and updates will follow.
