Trams cancelled after reports of Sheffield Wednesday and Leeds football fan clashes
There is a heavy police presence in Sheffield city centre and reports of football fan clashes due to today's derby between Leeds United and Sheffield Wednesday.
Several trams have been cancelled on blue routes between halfway and many more are delayed.
Camille Brouard said on Twitter that she had seen riot police and officers on horseback on West Street.
She said in a tweet: “All kicking off in West Street. Football riot? Tram somehow involved.”
