Two-vehicle collision on busy Sheffield road
An ambulance and a police vehicle were seen on Handsworth Road following a road traffic collision on Monday (January 6).
According to a dash cam clip made available to The Star, the incident appears to have involved two vehicles - a car and a van.
However, there appears to be no road closure in place as motorists are allowed to use the carriageway.
South Yorkshire Police said the incident occurred at the junction of Handsworth Road and Main Road at around 2.25pm.
A spokeswoman said the incident looks as though two vehicles were involved in the collision, which has resulted in one of the cars colliding with a gate.
"The latest is that there are no injuries," she said.
The collision has also forced bus services to be diverted.
First South Yorkshire said its services were diverting via Prince of Wales Road and Sheffield Parkway to Hansdworth Asda but it has returned to their normal route at 4.09pm.
