Travel chaos across Sheffield as gridlocked traffic causes misery for drivers
Traffic is at a standstill in Sheffield this afternoon (December 23), with numerous buses severely delayed.

Stagecoach South Yorkshire has said that all services on routes numbered 1, x2, 7, 25, 52, 57, 83a, 86, 88 and 120 will be delayed until further notice.
And bad traffic had been reported on Abbeydale Road and London Road, with one driver saying it was ‘like a car park’ while driving on there.
Ecclesall Road is also badly affected, with queuing traffic.
