Staff availability has been blamed for the cancellations.
Replacement bus services have been put on, however these do not depart at the scheduled times for the cancelled trains.
There will be buses departing from Sheffield station headed for Lincoln at quarter-to the hour, every hour between 8.45am and 9.45pm.
A bus service will depart from Lincoln station for Sheffield on the hour, every hour between 10am and 11pm.
