Zero Chill is being produced by Lime Pictures, maker of the Channel 4 soap Hollyoaks and reality shows including The Only Way is Essex and Geordie Shore.

The show follows the fortunes of an ice hockey team and ice dancing team forced to share a rink, and its cast includes former Hollyoaks and Transformers: The Last Knight actor Christina Tam.

In a letter to residents, Lime Pictures said: “As part of our filming we will require full control of the road. We will therefore be implementing a road closure on South Street and part of Norfolk Road.”
