Sheffield drivers warned of major delays near Meadowhall due to Black Friday traffic

Shoppers have been warned that there will be long delays to public transport services across the board due to Black Friday traffic.

First buses have announced delays of 1 hour and 17 minutes due to the congestion.

Traffic is heavy and moving slowly on roads around Meadowhall, particularly on Sheffield Road and Meadowhall Road.

Supertrams yellow routes to and from Meadowhall are not affected by the traffic, and there is plenty of parking at Nunnery Square Park and Ride.
