Barnsley Road closed due to police incident

First South Yorkshire have reported that Barnsley Road is closed in both directions.

In a tweet to a customer the transport provider said that the incident is outside the Northern General Hospital entrance.

Their services will be using Firth Park Road in both directions as an alternative until Barnsley Road is reopened.

Details about the police incident and the closure are not known at this time, but First South Yorkshire have apologised for any inconvenience caused.
